Is it weird…
to be homesick for a place you’ve only lived in for four years? I miss Chicago every day. I feel like that is my place, the little pin on the map that makes me feel like myself. I love everything about it—the food, the music, the art, the parks, the people. I grow nostalgic just looking at a silhouette of the Sears Tower (and if you refer to it as the Willis Whatever, you can stop talking to me now).
Chicago has, and always will have, my heart.
